In January last the business moved once again, this time to Carlton House. The new offices offer a large ground floor frontage with more than adequate space for displaying properties on offer.

In 1999 he joined Douglas Newman Good, Dublin, moving to Sullivan Property Consultants, Drogheda the following year.
